About Hillcrest Hall

The history of Hillcrest Community Hall dates back to 1924, when the land it sits on was purchased by John K. Ross of Montreal for $26. Since its completion in 1926, it has been the site of many community events and countless memories. Though the hall burned to the ground in 2003, the community came together to rebuild. The new hall opened in July, 2012, and it continues to provide a welcoming space for local events and celebrations.
